1. Processing Time

All our orders are prepared with care.

Personalized jewelry requires a production time of 3 to 5 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods (Christmas, holidays, promotions).

Shipping is free on all orders.

All shipments include tracking.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number (if applicable).

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
